Frances A (MacNeill) Perkins 86 So. Paris ME Died peacefully on December 12, 2022 at Market Square Healthcare with Family around her. She was born on September 13,1936 in Lynn MA., the daughter of Neil and Ella (Parsons) MacNeill. Frances graduated from Lynn Classical High School Class of 1954. Married Philip I. Perkins Sr. on September 18,1954, and they just Celebrated 68 Yrs. Of Marriage in September. She was a member of The East Otisfield Baptist Church in East Otisfield ME. She was a member in The Order of the Eastern Star in Buckfield and Mexico ME. She was also a member of The Anderson Staples American Legion Post #112 Auxiliary of Oxford ME. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by a son David, 5 sisters and 1 Brother. She is survived by 1 sister and 2 brothers. Her children Beverly Cobb& Partner Bruce Farrington, Philip & Janice Perkins JR., Mary Jane & Donald Vachon, James & Maxine Perkins, William & Allison Perkins, 13 Grandchildren and 23 Great Grandchildren, many nieces & nephews. A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday Dec. 31,2022 at 1:00 P.M. at The Anderson Staples Legion Hall 112 King St. Oxford, ME.
