Levant – Joyce Ann Arthurs, 72, passed away peacefully on December 19, 2023 after a period of declining health. She was born August 5, 1951 to Doris (Farnham) and Earle Rutherford. Joyce is survived by her life partner Eric Arsenault, her son, Scott Arthurs, 2 stepsons, Eric and Darryl, brother, Garnett Rutherford, five grandchildren, Jasmine, Tanisha, Bradley, Lorelei, and Landon, 2 great-grandchildren, Teddy and Elouise, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her son, Robert, the father of her children, Joseph Arthurs, and her brother, Garry Rutherford. At her request, there will be no funeral services.
