Marion Evelyn (Higgins) Soule passed away peacefully on July 22, 2022. Marion was married to Russell Franklin Soule for 45 years. She is survived by their three children, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was a member of the South Portland First Baptist Church which she supported faithfully for many years. Marion retired from the Portland Water District. The family thanks the Springbrook Center in Westbrook for the compassionate care she received while there. A private family only graveside service will be held at a later date.
