Raoul (Ralph) Lemelin, 83, passed away on December 13, 2024. He was born June 26, 1941, son of Raymond & Rachel (Fecteau) Lemelin. He worked at the Saco Tannery for 25 years and Pratt & Whitney for 15 years, retiring in January 2001. He married the love of his life, Yvette (Cloutier) Lemelin on July 12, 1958. They were married over 66 years. Together they raised three wonderful children, Marc, David and Colleen. He leaves behind Marc and his wife Sandy living in Cape Coral, Florida; David and his wife Liz from Big Lake, Alaska and Colleen and her husband Laine. He also leaves behind 7 grandchildren, Jacob (Timon) Lemelin of Somersworth, NH; Zachary (Val) Lemelin of Acton, ME; Alex (Carlin) Lemelin of Wasilla, AK; Kady Lemelin of Missoula, MT; Thomas (Sevy) Lemelin of Bremerton, WA and Logan and Colby Hurdle. He has 7 great grandchildren, Natalia, Rylin, Hadlee and Brinley of Wasilla, AK and Colin and Ty of Acton, ME. He leaves behind two brothers, Roland and Robert Lemelin. Ralph enjoyed boating, fishing, camping and traveling. He loved being with all his grandkids. He and Yvette traveled to 47 of the 50 states. They wintered in Mesa, AZ for 22 years. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any donations be made to Gosnell Memorial Hospice House, 11 Hunnewell Rd. Scarborough, ME 04074 in Ralph's name.
