Theresa G. Pelletier age 80, formerly of Belgrade passed away on October 11, 2023 at Maine General Rehabilitation & Long Term Care at Glenridge in Augusta after a battle with Dementia. Born in Waterville to Lawrence and Frances (Devoe) King on July 2,1943. Theresa grew up in Benton graduating from Lawrence High School in 1961. On October 26, 1968 Theresa married Roger Pelletier. They would later move to Belgrade where they raised their three daughters. Theresa and Roger would later start a business selling fishing tackle and bait called Nicki's Tackle. Which operated until Roger's death in 2012. Theresa was employed for many years at Keyes Fibre and Scott Paper. She enjoyed walks with her friend Vicky, quilting, skiing, golfing and fishing with our Dad. Our Mom was one of the sweetest people you would meet. She loved us and her grandchildren so much. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband. Theresa is survived by her "Three Girls", Karen Hachey and her husband Ryan of Gorham, Jennifer Pelletier of Augusta and Nicole Corbin and her husband Troy of Belgrade. Two grandchildren who she cherished Jordan Hachey and his wife Michaela of Westbrook and Breanna Corbin of Belgrade. She is also survived by her siblings Mary Keller and her husband Leroy of Scarborough, Ronald King and his wife Geraldine of Benton and Linda Turlo and her husband Pat of Benton, as well as many nieces and nephews. Her family would like to thank the staff at Maine General Rehabilitation & Long Term Care at Glenridge in Augusta, The Alzheimer's Care Center in Gardiner and Maine General Hospice for all they did to take care of our Mom. A celebration of life will be held November 4th at the Center for All Seasons, 1 Center Drive (along RT 27) in Belgrade from 1-4pm.
