Thomas Levi Brown III "Brownie" passed away on January 26,2025 surrounded by his loving wife Anita, their children and several loved ones. Tom was a loving father, devoted husband and hard working drywaller who had battled health problems for many years. He is no longer struggling or suffering. Brownie grew up on Peak's Island where he will forever be. He loved telling jokes, fishing, spending time with family and his whiskey. Thomas is predeceased by his parents. He leaves behind his wife of 27 years Anita Brown and their children Elizabeth Brown and her husband Will; Heather-Marie Brown; Diamond Downs and her husband Roger; Kimberly Carman and her husband Jody and Kevin Snyder. Tom had many grandchildren; Katerina Crowell, Gavin Crowell, Cooper Carman, Preston Carman, Elora Carmen, Ephrom Carman, Kaydance Snyder, Lily-Anne Small, Maximus Ross, Lennon Downs, Eden Downs and the unborn Downs baby. Not only did Tom have a large family, but was from a large family. He was a beloved brother and uncle, leaving behind his brothers Howard Brown, Chester Brown, Edward Brown, Margartia "Chrissy" Brown, Kevin Freeman and wife Leona, William "John" Davis and many nieces and nephews.
