Timothy Cleaves, 63, of Durham, Maine passed away unexpectedly at Central Maine Medical Center on 20 November 2021. He was born March 23, 1958, in Portland, Maine, the son of Robert H. Cleaves and Harriet J. (Jellison) Cleaves. Timothy graduated from Yarmouth High School in . He worked at LL Bean's for many years. Timothy was predeceased by his father Robert Cleaves, his mother Harriet Cleaves and his brother Scott Cleaves. Surviving are his son Ryan Cleaves, his girlfriend Morghan Napolitano and their daughters Lilian Cleaves and baby girl to be born in March 2022 all of Durham, ME. Timothy is also survived by his long time girlfriend Betty Stevens of Durham, ME, his brother Rodney Cleaves and wife Linda of Greenville, ME, his brother Robert and wife Michelle, as well as nieces and nephews and many friends. Timothy enjoyed hunting and fishing. He adored his granddaughter Lilian, who has called him Pie since she was able to talk. Timothy enjoyed playing cribbage and mania with his friends. In his younger days he enjoyed going dancing which is where he met his girlfriend Betty Stevens. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
